Helen offers a service available at two levels, each with a fixed fee, and designed for developing business which cannot afford (and probably do not yet need) full-time HR management, but which need to know that HR matters are being handled professionally.
The service is designed to ensure companies maintain their legal compliance status and/or further develop their people polices in support of business objectives.
Telephone/Email advice on all employment related matters Plus 1-day visit to carry out annual audit
Additional hours available as required
- Prepare and establish Employee Handbook
- Preparation of contracts of employment for new starts
- Preparation of specific procedures i.e. disciplinary/grievance
- Attendance at interviews, disciplinary/grievance hearings
- Updating polices and practices in line with new legislation and codes of practice
Telephone/Email support as above plus specific direct support (minimum 1 day/month) based on an agreed programme of activity (leading to an intimate knowledge of the clients business)
